Able Real Estate n.v. ABLE REALTY, was established Februari 1st 1988 by Anthony B. Lejuez sr. and his father Francis C. Lejuez sr. (RIP) at notary Eman.
In the early years the company provided sales services to time share projects e.g. La Quinta Beach Resort, Paradise Beach Villas, Sunset Villas and the start up of the sales department for Harbor Town Resort, now a days known, Renaissance Wind Creek Ocean Resort, Market place and Casino
During the years Able Realty also participated as co-developer of Le Mirage, Punto di Oro, Watapana Residence, Consulting for Wayaca Residence, and Co-Developer/Sales & Marketing Monte Verde Residence.
Recently Able Realty is the developer and guides the sales and marketing for Jewel Residence and also consulting sales for Nos Valley Residence.
Able Realty also performed as broker on the local market and sold many properties for individual clients.
Able Realty also gave training and guidance to many Real Estate sales agents and brokers that are still active on the market.
Most of the development projects and brokerage done by Able Realty were aimed and servicing the local market.
Since new management toke over about 4 years ago, Able Realty is spreading it wings and is also active in the tourist market, high end condominiums and villas.
As a family owned company Able Realty has provided, with its ups and downs, a decent living for the family, proving that you don’t have to be an international franchise, when it comes to giving dependable, honest, and professional Real Estate service in Aruba.
